Born in Naples on April 13 1959, he took a degree in Geology, specialising in geophysics and then joined the geologist association of Campanian region.
As a technical manager he is responsible for geological, geophysical and environmental sectors at Tecno-In engineering services. He is a member of the Provincial Civil Defence Committee as expert in territorial unsettlement in Naples Province.
He teaches territorial surveying for the interdepartmental Centre of Archaeological Service of the Istituto Universitario Orientale in Naples. He as acquired a great experience in both geoarcheological problems and preservation of monuments and has taken part in important projects related to High Speed Railway, Naples and Rome subways Metro projects, Costantine's Arch, the Colosseum, and Palazzo Barberini in Rome, Palazzo della Ragione in Padua, the church of S. Croce in Florence, the church of S. Lorenzo in Naples, and many others.
